I bought this game from my local retailer (sorry Amazon.com, didn't want to wait till after Christmas for it)last Friday, and with the help of a walkthru I found on the Tomb Raider newsgroup, am up to the 9th level of the game. If you are inspecting getting this game, buy or support a Prima Strategy guide for Tomb Raider:The Last Revelation. Some underground places are easy to find, others are hard to find.

This is the game that started the Third-Person game craze, so buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride. Oh, and get a Playstation Memory Card. With Vibration turned on in this game, you feel every bump, drop, and nibble that the enemy gets from you, if you have a Dual Shock Controller for the Playstation.

Only good for playing with a friend. : FIFA Soccer 2004

I got it yesterday. Spent six hours with it. The game is much more realistic now than ever, particularly from the defensive side of things. You can well furnish clean sheets consistently with this, unlike Fifa 2003. Many of the features like the end-to-end camera with zoom and height controls have returned from Fifa 2002 which were missing in Fifa 2003.

The play is realistic. The Ui still stinks (hence the missing star.) It is confusing sometimes. "Waiting for Away Team." Still have not figured out how to get the away team to show up! But the vocation feature is great! You well get to earn money, and prestige (not sure what that means yet, but sounds interesting.) By earning money for your funds means you can enhance your club over the long haul. In Fifa 2003, you were give X whole of dollars, and that was it. This makes it more interesting.

Hopefully Hull City will increase my ageement next season after I get them out of the third division.

Where's the game? : Homefront

i had high hopes for this game, especially after they plastered my home town (Sfca) with ads. No such luck. The campaign game play is boring, pedantic, and worst of all, short. For all the talk of san francisco (did you see the cover?), you never for real make it there. (yea, thats a spoiler, but trust me, you wont care.) the storyline is the work of a third grader and the ai is terrible, reminds me of half life opfor, and that was nearly 15 years ago.

so, they cheated us on the single player, but that means mp must be awesome, right? i wouldnt know. I sat for 20 minutes in a queue, waiting for other players, until i bailed.

they owe us some free dlc, for wasting money on this crap.

dont waste yours.

A fun sufficient Karaoke game that falls flat in singular player mode. : Singstar Rocks Bundle (w/ microphone)

This would be a great game, had Konami already not released five (six when the American Idol one comes out) good Karaoke games for the Ps2. You would think that when releasing this game in 2006, Sony would look at its competition and make it equal or better. They did not. I apologize that so much of the review is comparing it to the Karaoke Revolution series, but it's a natural comparison, and unfortunate for Singstar Rocks, as Sr is by far an inferior product.

I have a lot of the same complaints as others. There are no unlockables. Even though Kr's strange costumes are seldom used in our household, it's nice to see things being unlocked as you sing more and better. Singstar Rocks does not do this.

The big thing is with the Ps2 having two acceptable Usb ports, why they would utilize the mini to Usb adapter. This renders the mics useless to the Kr games. If they're worried about being able to use an EyeToy simultaneously to two mics, maybe they should have included a Usb mini hub instead. It infuriates me that with all the decent Usb mics on the market that Sony again would go possession (of sorts).

Another complaint is the lack of adjustments. In song, Kr (dating back to the original) allows you to adjust the vocals, mic and music. Singstar Rocks has only a master volume that doesn't see to do much.

It's also unfortunate that Sony stuck with only Sony artists, as they are missing out on a ton of others. The song option is very random due to this and a merge are very strange selections to have on a sing along disc. There are complicated songs on here that do not make a lot of sense. Of all the Rolling Stones catalog, why would Forty Licks' "Paint it Black" be the one to appear. Lame!

In a vacuum, the game is fun, but its song selection, lack of options and its possession options all make it fall extremely short to any of the other Karaoke Revolution. Don't waste your time with this one. Get *any* of the Kr series over this one.
